Esha Deol and her ex-husband Bharat Takhtani hosted a prayer meet for her father, the late legendary actor Dharmendra , in Delhi. It was attended by her mother, Hema Malini; sister, Ahana Deol; and several political dignitaries. Esha Deol drops an emotional post for DharmendraEsha Deol took to her Instagram to share a video featuring different montages of Dharmendra from his various films. Old pictures of the late legend with Esha, Ahana, and Hema were also part of the video. Not just that, the emotional visual also had clips from the movie 'Apne' starring Dharmendra with his sons, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.



One of the clips had Dilip Kumar praising Dharmendra's looks, and the latter touched his feet out of respect. At the end of the video, we get to hear Dharmendra's words, "Zindagi bilkul in barf ki resho ki tarah hain, palbhar ke liye teherti hai aur fir pighal jati hai. Par kambhakt jitni der rehti hai badi khushrat lagti hai. Magar isey har haal jana hi toh hai." As soon as his words end, we hear the song 'Kar chale hum fida jaan aur tan sathiyo, ab tumhare hawale watan sathiyo'.
