Lucknow: A woman killed her live-in partner in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow after he allegedly touched her daughter inappropriately. But, the father of the deceased alleges that the woman and her daughters together murdered his son to grab the house in his name. The name of the murdered woman is 46 year old Ratna and the deceased was 33 year old engineer Surya Pratap Singh. During police interrogation, Ratna told that Surya Pratap had touched her elder daughter inappropriately, that is why she killed him. Ratna and her two daughters together attacked Surya with a knife and killed him. At the same time, Surya's relatives allege that he was murdered to usurp the house in his name.

He murdered his elder daughter because he touched her inappropriately.

Ratna told during police interrogation that Surya had touched her elder daughter with wrong intentions. When the daughter protested, he beat her. On December 7, after seeing a picture on Ratna's elder daughter's phone, he dragged her into the room. Meanwhile, Ratna and her younger daughter intervened and Ratna killed Surya by stabbing him several times with a knife on his neck. At the same time, police investigation has also revealed that Surya had imprisoned Ratna's daughters and kept an eye on them through three CCTV cameras. He had banned the girls from using social media and also delayed the education of his elder daughter, who had given her admission in class 12th this year. It is being said that due to this long period of control, anger towards Surya increased in the minds of both daughters and Ratna.

On the other hand, Surya lived in a house built on his own land. But Ratna had helped financially in building this house. She had invested the money she received after the death of her first husband in the construction of this house. It is learned that there were frequent fights between Ratna and Surya over the ownership of this house and a car.

Surya started growing closer while giving tuitions.

Surya was a resident of Jankipuram and met Ratna for the first time in 2012. He used to give tuition to both his daughters. At that time Ratna was separated from her alcoholic husband Rajendra and was living with two daughters. Two years later, in 2014, her husband Rajendra died. During this time, Surya built a house in the Green City of Salarganj. Ratna and her two daughters came to this house and started living with her. According to Surya's father Narendra, Ratna and her daughters were enjoying Surya's earnings. Meanwhile, Surya had decided to get married somewhere else. He had talked to his father about this and also sent him money on December 7. He was murdered the same night. The one who wanted to marry was put to death.

After the murder, mother and two daughters sat near the dead body all night.

This murder took place at 11 pm on 7 December. After committing the murder, the mother and her two daughters spent the whole night with the dead body and the next morning called the police and confessed to the crime. After this the police took Ratna and her two daughters into custody. Police say that during interrogation he had no remorse for his actions.

Only after this, Surya Pratap Singh's father Narendra Singh lodged a police complaint against Surya's live-in partner Ratna and her two daughters. Ratna's husband worked in the census department. After his death, Ratna used to get a pension of Rs 35,000 every month. At the same time, Surya Pratap's father works as a driver in Max Hospital and his mother is a housewife. He also has two married sisters. Ratna has two daughters from her first husband and had no contact with her in-laws. The young man, who was married and living with the mother of two children, ultimately lost his life.
