When you think of strength, who comes to mind? Superman? Hulk? Your school sports captain? Well, in Indian mythology , there’s a superhero who’s stronger than all of them, Hanuman! But here’s the big question every kid wonders:



How did Hanuman become so strong? Did he eat bowls of spinach?



Hanuman wasn’t just an ordinary baby. According to mythology, he was blessed by powerful gods from the moment he was born.



Wind God Vayu gave him super strength , incredible speed, and the power to jump across mountains and oceans.



Indra and other gods also gifted him bravery and protection because they adored him.








So unlike us, Hanuman didn’t need protein shakes or gym training, his powers were gifts!



Okay, he didn’t eat spinach specifically, but he did love fruits, especially sweet ripe bananas and mangoes.



Real strength comes from training, right? Hanuman practiced:





  • Meditation & yoga

  • Exercise and warrior training

  • Helping others without fear



These made his mind and body powerful. A strong mind helps keep your body strong too!



His biggest superpower? A good heart

Hanuman wasn’t strong just because of muscles , he was strong because he:

  • Was loyal to Lord Rama

  • Never gave up, even when things were scary

  • Always helped others

  • Kindness is a superpower!
