Ahmedabad5 December2025: Motherson, through its joint venture company Motherson Hamacurex Engineered Logistics Limited (SAMRX), has today entered into an agreement with Dighi Port Limited (DPL). DPL, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) Is a subsidiary company of. Under this agreement, a dedicated facility for auto exports will be developed at Dighi Port in Maharashtra.

This partnership will make Dighi Port the new automobile export terminal for exporters in the Mumbai-Pune auto belt. Dighi Port, included among the 15 strategic ports of APSEZ, will now strengthen the country’s automobile growth under the ‘Make in India’ initiative by increasing its capacity, which will make the export-import of vehicles even easier for the global markets.

The new RoRO (Roll On and Roll Off) terminal will be equipped with modern facilities, where the entire process of Finished Vehicle (FV) logistics can be completed at one place. This will make work faster and easier for large automobile OEMs. SAMRX will further strengthen its services by investing in this terminal and will provide a fully integrated logistics solution with 360-degree cargo visibility.
