If you're one of those people who absolutely need something sweet after a meal, then this recipe is especially for you. If you have a sweet tooth, try Coconut Rabri for dessert; here's an easy recipe to make it.



Serves: 2


Ingredients:


1 liter of full cream milk
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Some almonds and pistachios (for garnish)


Instructions:


First, heat the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan. Keep the heat low and stir the milk continuously to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.


Once the milk starts boiling and thickens slightly, add the desiccated coconut. Mix it well and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes, until the coconut flavor is well incorporated into the milk.


Now add the sugar and cardamom powder and mix. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.


Turn off the heat and let the rabri cool down. Then transfer the rabri to a bowl and refrigerate it for at least 2-3 hours so that it thickens further and becomes even more delicious.


Serve the chilled coconut rabri garnished with chopped almonds and pistachios.
