1. Add some vinegar to water
You might not believe it, but vinegar works magic for eggs. Whenever you boil water for eggs, just add one spoon of vinegar in it.
What will happen with this? Vinegar helps the egg white to set quickly. Even if there are small cracks in the egg, the vinegar will block them and the egg will not spread.


2. Old recipe with salt
If there is no vinegar in the house, no problem. Our old friend ‘Salt’ is there. Add one tablespoon salt in water. Salt balances the temperature of the water and prevents the egg shells from cracking. Also, it becomes very easy to peel the eggs after boiling in salt water. The peel does not stick, it comes off like butter.


3. Do not put it directly on the gas after taking it out of the fridge.
This is the most common mistake we all make. We take out cold eggs from the refrigerator and put them directly in boiling water or on the stove. Due to this sudden change in temperature (Temperature Shock), the delicate shell of the egg cracks.
Right way: Take the eggs out of the refrigerator at least 15-20 minutes before boiling them. Boil only when they come to normal room temperature.


4. Use more water
Don’t skimp! Always boil eggs in a vessel in which they are completely submerged in water. If there is less water and the eggs hit each other or the bottom of the vessel, they are sure to break. And yes, eggs are always cold water Put it in the pan and put it on the gas, do not put it in boiling water from above.


5. Miracle of a small pin
This is a pro-tip. Make a very small hole in one side of the egg (just on the shell) with a very small needle or pin. Due to this, the gas formed inside gets released while boiling and the egg does not burst due to reduced pressure. But this has to be done with some care.
