They are citizens and are they not entitled to benefits and facilities?

The Chief Justice also said why focus on the poor. He told the petitioner that the citizens of our country are also entitled to whatever demands you made. CJI also refused to issue notice on Rohingya issue. He told the petitioner that he can present his arguments in the next hearing on 16 December. During the hearing on the petition, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the Central Government, said that the affected party in this case is not before the court. Information is being sought only through a petition. Let us tell you that Rohingya Muslims are residents of Rakhine province of Myanmar.
