Tim David’s bat was seen breathing fire in the final of Abu Dhabi T10 League 2025 played at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium on Sunday (30 November). This star player, who played for RCB in Australia and IPL, while playing for UAE Bulls, took a lot of notice of the Aspin Stellans bowlers. Batting first, the team quickly lost both the openers in the form of Phil Salt (18) and James Vince (0), but the entire course of the match changed as soon as David came at number 4.

Tim David hit unbeaten 98 runs in 30 balls, which included 12 sixes and 3 fours. He batted at a strike rate of 326.67, which means almost three and a half runs per ball.

Rovman Powell along with Tim David could score only 24 runs, but thanks to David’s explosive innings, UAE Bulls scored a huge score of 150 runs in 10 overs. Pursuing this goal was not only difficult but almost impossible for Aspin Stellens. The result was that Aspin Stellans could score only 70 runs in reply and UAE Bulls won the Abu Dhabi T10 title by 80 runs.

This innings of Tim David is not just a one day miracle. His form has been top level throughout the T10 tournament. In this season, which started from November 18, he played strong innings like 57, 59 and 40+ consecutively and was the most successful batsman of the league by scoring 393 runs at an average of 65.50 in 9 innings.

This form before IPL 2026 is icing on the cake for RCB. Even in the last IPL season, David had scored 187 runs in 12 innings at an average of 62.33 and now his deadly batting is once again raising the hopes of the team.
