In a major boost for billionaire Mukesh Ambani Reliance Industries continued its hot streak on the stock market emerging as the biggest gainer as seven of Indias top-10 most valued firms added a combined Rs 96200.95 crore to their market valuation last week.
How much did Reliance earn?
As per market data Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries added a whopping Rs 28282.86 crore to its valuation which now stands at Rs 2120335.47 crore while the market capitalisation (mcap) of Bajaj Finance jumped by Rs 20347.52 crore to Rs 645676.11 crore as Indias stock market witnessed an optimistic trend in equities.

The mcap of HDFC Bank surged by Rs 13611.11 crore to Rs 1548743.67 crore ICICI Bank rallied by Rs 13599.62 crore to Rs 992725.97 crore while the market cap of Hindustan Unilever edged higher by Rs 7671.41 crore to Rs 579644.16 crore and that of State Bank of India went up by Rs 6415.28 crore to Rs 904185.15 crore the data showed.

The valuation of Narayana Murthys Infosys climbed Rs 6273.15 crore to Rs 647961.98 crore.
Who were the laggards?
Meanwhile Sunil Mittals Bharti Airtel Tata Groups Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) emerged as the only laggards among the top-10 pack.

The mcap of Bharti Airtel declined by Rs 35239.01 crore to Rs 1198040.84 crore and that of LIC dropped by Rs 4996.75 crore to Rs 565581.29 crore while the valuation of TCS crashed by Rs 3762.81 crore to Rs 1135952.85 crore the data showed.
Reliance remains most-valued firm
Meanwhile thanks to its strong showing at the market Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries retained its coveted title of Indias most valued firm followed by HDFC Bank Bharti Airtel TCS ICICI Bank State Bank of India Infosys Bajaj Finance Hindustan Unilever and LIC.

Reliance Industries HDFC Bank ICICI Bank State Bank of India Infosys Bajaj Finance and Hindustan Unilever emerged as the gainers last week as BSE benchmark climbed 474.75 points or 0.55 per cent with the Sensex hitting a record high of 86055.86 on Thursday in line with an an optimistic trend in equities.
