Hunger Detecting device: Nowadays, new devices are coming out based on AI. Sohan M Rai, a young engineer from Mangaluru, has created a device that automatically orders food on Zomato after listening to the gurgling of your stomach. It sounds surprising, but Sohan has actually made it happen. Startup founder and content creator Sohan M Rai has shared a video of himself building an AI-powered device, which he claims orders food based on the sound of his stomach.
MOM—Meal Ordering Module
Sohan has named his device MOM—Meal Ordering Module. It clips onto the belt and is attached to the stethoscope. A small microphone, sound sensor, battery and a microcontroller are installed inside it which detects stomach sounds. The device listens to your stomach and sends it to the AI model. If the AI understands that the voice is of hunger, then the device orders food directly on Zomato.
Sohan in the video, he says, “I have invented this device that senses when I am hungry and automatically orders food on Zomato.” He then explains how he created this device that he can attach to his belt.
People are having a lot of fun seeing this device on social media. Some are calling it a fun and creative idea, while others are asking, “Is every gurguda just hunger?”
