Mr. Basic Education Officer,

District Election Officer Sir,

Subject: Regarding non-fulfillment of the target of SIR calculation sheet.

Sir,

I, Sarvesh Singh, am working in Composite School, Zahidpur. I was appointed at BLO booth number 406 on 7th October for the first time in 14 and 15 years. Due to lack of complete knowledge in this subject, I am not able to complete the target on time. Despite working hard day and night, I am able to sleep only 2 to 3 hours at night. I have four small daughters, two of whom are ill. I am under mental stress and am being forced to take suicidal steps. I myself am responsible for this. There is no fault of my family. Please give my love to the children of my school. Thank you and I’m sorry.

Family members say that in recent times, the burden of continuous survey and reporting forced Sarvesh to commit suicide.
