Mom and grandma always make laddus in winter. Many types of laddus are made from gum, dry ginger and dry fruits. But, fenugreek laddus are most beneficial in this season. By mixing all these things in fenugreek laddu, you can easily make tasty laddu. If you make them this way, they will not taste bitter at all. Eating one laddu with milk every morning or evening in winter will bring new life to your body. This will provide a lot of strength and will also provide relief from joint pain. Quickly note down this easy recipe of Methi Laddu.


Fenugreek and Dry Fruit Laddu Recipe
Step 1: To make laddu, add 4 spoons of ghee in a pan. Add 1 bowl gum and fry well. Now, add almonds, cashews, pistachios and walnuts to the same ghee and fry lightly. Add 1 big bowl of makhana in the remaining ghee and fry it. Coarsely grind the roasted gum and all the dry fruits.


Step Two: Add 2 more tablespoons of desi ghee in the pan. Add grated dry coconut, poppy seeds, raisins and dry ginger and fry lightly. Put 1 bowl of fenugreek seeds in the mixer and grind them finely. Take it out in a bowl and then add milk and make a thin paste of fenugreek seeds. Leave it for about 1-2 hours until it swells, that is, for about 1-2 hours.


Step Three: Add 4 tablespoons of desi ghee in the pan and fry the soaked fenugreek powder. When the fenugreek is lightly roasted, take it out and add 5-6 tablespoons of ghee and fry 1 big bowl of wheat flour. Mix everything together in a large plate.


Step Four: Add 2-3 tbsp of ghee in the pan and then add 1 big bowl of jaggery. Cook the jaggery on low flame until it dissolves, without adding water. Now add the remaining jaggery to the flour and fenugreek mixture. Mix everything well and make laddus. Delicious methi laddus are ready. You must make and eat these laddus in winters.
