He said:

“Any fraud incident that occurs on the Airtel network pains us. Therefore, your security is our top priority. We are the first telco in the world to provide AI based spam call and message alerts. We have developed technology to block fake links even when they are clicked.”

He further said that a major reason for fraud is that most people use their main bank account for every payment. Even a small mistake can put your entire savings at risk.

Airtel Payments Bank aims to offer customers a payments-centric account that:

* The account remains completely safe even with small amounts.

* All digital payments are made from this account

* Main bank account remains safe from any risk

* Interest will be available even on small amounts
