During the inauguration of Tesla’s first all-in-one center, along with Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, state Industry and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh and MLA Mukesh Sharma were also present. While addressing on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that Tesla Center will speed up the pace of industrial development in the state and new employment opportunities will be created for the people.

CM Saini said in his address that Haryana has today become a favorite destination for investors from India and abroad. The interest from global companies proves that the state’s industrial policy, infrastructure and investment climate is continuously strengthening. He said, “Tesla’s arrival in Haryana is proof that the state is rapidly emerging as a hub of technology and innovation. We heartily welcome the Tesla company.”

The Chief Minister said that Haryana has emerged as the seventh largest state in terms of number of startups in India. There are currently more than 9,100 recognized startups in the state. Additionally, AI hubs are being set up in Gurugram and Panchkula to promote AI based startups and research. A ‘Department of Future’ has also been set up to adopt future technologies such as AI, robotics, biotechnology and deep-tech. He also informed that a separate ‘MSME’ department has been formed in Haryana and the facility to file entrepreneurs memorandum online has been started for entrepreneurs to promote micro, small and medium industries.
