Former off-spinner Ravi Ashwin is at number four in this list. He had taken 57 wickets in 26 innings. Now Jadeja has taken 50 wickets in 19 innings. Now Jadeja’s name has been added to this list.

Jadeja has become the second Indian bowler to take the most wickets in Test against South Africa. By doing this, Jadeja has left behind the records of Harbhajan Singh and Anil Kumble. Ashwin holds the record of taking most wickets in Test against South Africa in India. Ashwin took 46 wickets in 7 matches against South Africa in India. Whereas, Jadeja is at second place in this matter. Jadeja has taken 44 wickets in 9 test matches. Kumble took 39 wickets in 9 Tests against South Africa in India.
