Since the 2022 Bangladesh series, Kuldeep has faced more balls than many of India’s leading batsmen. In terms of batting average, Kuldeep has moved ahead of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer and Nitish Reddy.

A two match Test series is being played between South Africa and India and the second Test match of this series is being played in Guwahati. Batting first, Jinkun scored 489 runs. In reply, the Indian team could score only 201 runs. So South Africa took a lead of 288 runs in the second innings of third day’s play with 314 runs for 26 runs without loss. South African openers Aiden Markram (12) and Ryan Rickelton (13) are unbeaten at the crease.
