The main benefits of this approach include having ample time to recharge and reset (51%), or the opportunity to disconnect from technology and social media (24%).

However, 30% can't afford to have a more relaxed break as they don't want to let down friends or family. And 22% feel the pressure to maintain the usual traditions and expectations, according to the research.
