Patna. After the reconstitution of the NDA government in Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has started his tenth term with administrative speed and clear priorities. As soon as he assumed power, he issued his first major order to allot houses to the newly elected MLAs. This step indicates that the new government is emphasizing on taking the system forward in a smooth and orderly manner from the very beginning.


CM inspected the modern duplex


Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inspected the newly constructed duplex type MLA residences located at Daroga Rai Path, Patna. During this, the officials told them that the number and name of the respective assembly constituency is mentioned on every flat. Modern facilities have been taken care of in the construction. The beautification of the campus is also of high standard. After the inspection, the CM expressed his satisfaction and said that these residences will soon be handed over to the newly elected MLAs so that they can conduct their work smoothly.


Why is this decision important?


Timely allotment of residence to the MLAs will reduce the problems of their stay in the capital, they will be able to pay more attention to the work of their constituency and assembly, administrative smoothness and efficiency will increase. This step shows that the government wants to provide an efficient and orderly environment to its representatives.


Emphasis on beautification of Patna


After inspecting the residences, Chief Minister JP reached Ganga Path, which is one of the major and important roads of Patna. Here he directed the construction of railings for the park being developed along the Ganga path, laid special emphasis on keeping the road beautiful and safe, and took detailed information about the ongoing work from the officials. He said that this road provides “smooth, seamless and fast connectivity” to the city, hence its development should be done with the highest standards.
