Health Corner: Today we will tell you a simple and delicious method of making masala peanuts. These peanuts are even tastier than the peanuts available in the market.
necessary materials
Peanuts – 1 cup
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Gram flour – 4 tbsp
Red chilli – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – as per taste
Oil – for frying

Method
Put peanuts in a bowl. Then add asafoetida, red chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well. After this add rice flour and gram flour, also add half teaspoon oil and mix well.
Now heat oil in a pan and add this mixture and deep fry it until it turns golden. Keep stirring continuously so that the peanuts do not stick together.
Remove the fried peanuts on a paper napkin and sprinkle chaat masala on top. Serve them with lemon and onion.
