composite (Radish Chutney Recipe)
- Radish-1 cup grated
- Green chilli-1-2
- Ginger-1 small piece
- Green coriander-½ cup
- Garlic cloves-4-5
- Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice or a little tamarind pulp – 1 tsp
- salt-as per taste
- Curd-1-2 spoons

Method (Radish Chutney Recipe)
1- Wash, peel and grate radish. Squeeze the grated radish gently to remove excess water.
2- Add green chilli, ginger, garlic and green coriander in the mixer and grind it coarsely.
3- Now add grated radish, roasted cumin, salt and lemon juice to it. Do not grind it too finely, if the texture of radish remains intact then the taste is doubled.
4- If you want to add curd, you can add it lightly, the chutney will become more velvety and tasty. Serve with hot parathas, rotis, puris or snacks. It tastes amazing with lentils, rice or khichdi.
