Delhi Public Holiday: 25 November 2025 has been declared a public holiday in Delhi on the 350th martyrdom day of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji. Delhi CM Rekha Gupta announced in her ex-post. He said that Guru Sahib’s messages of courage, compassion and religious freedom will always inspire us.

Let us all bow down to Guru Sahib together.

CM Gupta said, let us all together bow to Guru Sahib who taught the entire humanity that protecting the truth is the greatest courage. All of you are invited to participate in this spiritual journey at the historic Red Fort on 23, 24 and 25 November.

Witness to the sacrifice of Guru Teg Bahadur

He said that the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur is being celebrated with reverence, respect and enthusiasm across the country. A massive three-day program will be organized at the Red Fort in Delhi on 23, 24 and 25 November. He further said that this historical monument is a witness to the greatest sacrifice of Guru Tegh Bahadur.
