The IMD has issued a heavy rain alert for Kerala, coastal Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh in the next 72 hours. In addition, a heavy rainfall warning has been issued for Rayalaseema, Lakshadweep, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.



Winds of up to 55 kilometers per hour are expected until November 25th. Meanwhile, a heavy rainfall warning has been issued due to the Senyar cyclonic circulation. The effects of Cyclone Senyar may last until next week. Fishermen have been advised to stay away from coastal areas. A heavy rainfall alert has also been issued for Nagaland, Manipur, eastern Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and Mizoram.


What will the weather be like in Uttar Pradesh?


According to the Meteorological Department, westerly winds are expected in Uttar Pradesh. Dense fog is likely to prevail in some parts of the state. Along with this, light sunshine is also expected during the day. A warning has been issued for pleasant weather amid the cold winds.


The IMD has issued a warning for fog and morning chills in rural areas for two days. Over the next two to three days, minimum temperatures are expected to be 9 to 13 degrees Celsius and maximum temperatures are expected to be 25 to 28 degrees Celsius. Minimum temperatures are expected to drop in many areas of Maharashtra and Gujarat over the next two to three days.


What will the weather be like in Rajasthan and Bihar?


According to the IMD, temperatures are expected to drop in most districts of Bihar. Along with this, the effects of the severe cold are also increasing due to the cold winds blowing. The IMD has predicted that the drop in temperatures may cause chills in most areas of the state. Dense fog may also prevail in rural areas. A cold wave is also expected in some areas of Rajasthan.
