Will new faces be included in Nitish’s cabinet?
The new Nitish cabinet is likely to include experienced leaders as well as some new and young faces. Prominent first-time ministers include Ram Kripal Yadav, Shreyasi Singh, Rama Nishad, and Sanjay Tiger (all from the BJP). Furthermore, Deepak Prakash (RLM) and Raju Tiwari (LJP-Ram Vilas) from the alliance partners may also be included in the cabinet.

A total of 14 ministers from the BJP quota will be sworn in as ministers in the new NDA government, including Samrat Chaudhary, Vijay Sinha, Nitin Naveen, Mangal Pandey, Rama Nishad, Shreyasi Singh, Sanjay Tiger, Surendra Mehta, Ram Kripal Yadav, Pramod Chandravanshi, Arun Sah, and Lakhendra Paswan. Senior BJP leader Prem Kumar will be appointed Speaker of the Assembly, but will not be sworn in today.
Meanwhile, Gandhi Maidan is fully decorated for the swearing-in ceremony of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Just before the ceremony began, Bhojpuri star and BJP MP Manoj Tiwari and singer Pawan Singh were seen together on stage. Now Nitish Kumar will soon take oath as the CM of Bihar for the 10th time.
