Kajol rents out Mumbai retail unit for ₹6.9L/month

Bollywood actor Kajol Devgn has rented out a retail unit in Mumbai's Goregaon West area for a monthly rent of ₹6.9L, reported Square Yards.

The deal was registered in November 2025 and includes a security deposit of ₹27.61L.

The property, located in Bharat Arize, has a carpet area of 1,817 sq ft and comes with one car parking space.

Rental agreement spans 9 years with escalations
Agreement details

The rental agreement, per Square Yards, is for nine years starting from November 2025.

The monthly rent will be ₹6.9L for the first three years, with a 15% hike after every three-year period.

This means the rent will increase to ₹7.9L for the next three years and further to ₹9.13L in the last three years of the lease term.

The total rent earned during this period is estimated at ₹8.6 crore.
