Under the government’s ambitious scheme ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ programme, now even a person sitting at the last rung of the society will be able to easily avail the benefits of various schemes of the government. This special public welfare campaign will be organized starting from 21st November till 15th December. The objective of the program is to provide information about government schemes to the people living in rural areas and to provide them direct benefits of the schemes. Extensive preparations have been made for this program in Barhi block also.

Block Development Officer Jaipal Mahato said that as per the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner, camps will be organized in all the Panchayat Secretariat buildings under the block. In these camps, stalls to various schemes run by the government like ration card, pension scheme, Chief Minister Housing Scheme, Kisan Samman Nidhi, fisheries, animal husbandry, health, education, social security and other schemes will be set up. He said that personnel from the concerned departments have been deputed in the camps, who will receive the applications from the villagers and try to execute them on the spot. Through the program, it will be ensured that no eligible beneficiary is deprived of the benefits of the government scheme.

According to the Panchayat wise dates of the program, 21 November at Barhi East, Nagar Bhawan Barhi, 22 November at Panchayat Bhawan Bhandaron, 24 November at Panchayat Bhawan Kolhuakala, 26 November at Panchayat Bhawan Vijaya, 27 November at Panchayat Bhawan Dapok, 28 November at Panchayat Bhawan Malkoko, 29 November at Panchayat Bhawan Dulmaha, 1 December at Panchayat Bhawan Ranichuaan, 2 December at Panchayat Bhawan Barsot, 3 December at Panchayat Bhawan Basaria alias Panchmadhav, 4 December Panchayat Bhawan Kariatpur, 5 December – Upgraded Middle School Koriyadih Dhanwar, 6 December Panchayat Bhawan Khodahar, 8 December Panchayat Bhawan Kedarut, 9 December Panchayat Bhawan Gauriakarma, 10 December Panchayat Bhawan Karso, 11 December Panchayat Bhawan Rasoiya Dhamna, 12 December Panchayat Bhawan Bendagi, 13 December Panchayat Bhawan Konra, 15 December Nagar Bhawan Barhi Western.

The Block Development Officer has appealed to the villagers to reach the camp with their necessary documents and avail the benefits. He said that this campaign is a golden opportunity to connect villages, poor, farmers, laborers, women, elderly and youth with the schemes. To make the program successful, special responsibility has been assigned to Panchayat representatives, public representatives and departmental officers. It is expected that through this campaign a large number of beneficiaries will avail the benefits of the schemes and their faith in the government system will be further strengthened.
