Gradually the conversation progressed and one of the women, Meghna Reddy, formed an emotional connection with him. Listening to the woman’s advice, Jagdish sent a huge amount of ₹ 1,29,33,253 to the accounts of the accused through RTGS and NEFT transactions between November 5 and 6. But when there were no returns on the investment and he lost contact with the woman, Jagdish realized that he had become a victim of a major romance-investment fraud.
