Ira was the first one to tell me, ‘Vijay, I think you should start moving and get some sunlight.'” He added, “She was with me. Started working out on Zoom – she’s a fitness girl, and I think I talked to a therapist because I couldn’t move, and I found out that I had anxiety and depression, and she said, ‘Well, if it’s under control, we’ll consider medication.’ Yoga and therapy brought Vijay’s life back on track and he once again started doing wonders in the film industry.
