Basmati Rice-1 cup
Sliced onions – 1/2 cup
Whole spices (jeera, star anise, cinnamon stick, elaichi)
sliced potatoes
Sliced tomatoes
green peas
Chopped Cauliflower
Chopped carrots
salt

turmeric powder
coriander powder
Red chilli powder
garam masala
Water—1.5 cups
Chopped coriander
Fried Paneer
Step 1- First, take the rice and wash it thoroughly.
Step 2- Then take a pressure cooker and place it on the gas stove. Add ghee to it, then add cumin seeds, star anise, cinnamon stick, and cardamom. After that, add onions, cauliflower, tomatoes, peas, potatoes, and soybeans, and then add salt and spices. Sauté everything well.

Step 3 – Then add the washed rice and water, and mix it well.
Step 4 – Once it’s cooked, add the paneer and coriander leaves on top and mix it in.
Step 5- Now, serve the hot Veg Tehri with chutney and yogurt.
