New Delhi, October 29 (Read): The upcoming Google Pixel 10a has reportedly surfaced online through leaked renders, revealing a design almost identical to its predecessor, the Pixel 9a. The handset, expected to debut in the coming months, seems to retain Google’s familiar minimalist aesthetics without major visual changes.
According to a report by Android Headlines in collaboration with tipster OnLeaksthe Pixel 10a features the same 6.2-inch display and near-identical dimensions of 153.9 x 72.9 x 9mm as the Pixel 9a. The leaked images show a flat plastic back panela flush dual-camera setup at the top-left corner, and a punch-hole cutout on the front display for the selfie camera.
The renders also suggest thicker display bezels compared to premium Pixel models. The power and volume buttons are placed on the right edge, while antenna bands wrap around the frame. A microphone hole is visible at both the top and bottom. Interestingly, the blue shade shown in the renders may not be among the actual colour variants planned for retail release.
While Google has yet to confirm any details, reports suggest that the Pixel 10a will be powered by the Tensor G4 chipsetthe same processor seen in the Pixel 9a — but with a “boosted” configuration offering higher clock speeds. It may feature UFS 3.1 storage, 2,000 nits peak brightnessand identical camera hardware as the previous model.
The phone is also expected to continue Google’s tradition of long-term software support, with seven years of OS and security updates.
The Pixel 10a is rumoured to launch at the same price as its predecessor — $499 (approximately ₹44,000) for the base 128GB storage variant.
If these reports hold true, the Pixel 10a will maintain Google’s focus on offering a well-balanced mid-range smartphone with clean Android software, excellent cameras, and long-term reliability — even if its design remains unchanged from the previous generation.
