New Delhi. In Hindenburg Report Case, Adani Group has received a clean chit from the stock market regulator SEBI. SEBI (SEBI) on Thursday dismissed the allegations of stock manipulation against billionaire Gautam Adani and her group companies, including Ada Short-Seller Hindonburg Research, against the billionaire companies and Adani Power.

The order applies to Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited, Adani Power Limited, Edicorp Enterprises Private Limited, Gautam Shantilal Adani and Rajesh Shantilal Adani. After considering the case, SEBI said that he has decided to abolish immediate action against the recipients without notice.

A report by the US -based Financial Research firm and Shortseller firm Hindanberg Research (Hindenburg Research) alleged that Edicorp Enterprises Private Limited was used as a means of sending funds to funded Adani Group Limited.
