Kangana Ranaut, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, met people affected by floods and landslides on Thursday. During this time, he raised the matter of heavy losses to his restaurant in Manali and expressed his problems.

He further said, “My restaurant has to pay a salary of Rs 15 lakh, but tomorrow it was only 50 rupees. Kangana reached Manali from Mandi on Wednesday evening. On Thursday morning, he visited Solang village and spoke to families affected by disaster there.
