• Rice-2 tablespoons
• Flaxseeds -3 tablespoons

Recipe for hair mask

• Take rice and linseed in a pan.
• Put them in water and cook on low flame until it takes a prison -like consistance.
• When the mixture is cooked, separate the water and seeds with the help of a sieve.
• Now put this mixture in a grinder and make a smooth paste.
• If the paste is ready, add 1 tbsp coconut oil and mix it well.
• Your linseed and rice homemade hair mask is ready.

How to use hair mask

• Apply this paste well from hair roots to length.
• After applying, cover the hair with a shower cap.
