The hilly states of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh will reduce the process of heavy rains, while North Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa, Lakshadweep, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and South Gujarat will receive light to moderate rainfall.
