Method of Worship: This is how to please bholenath

Here is an easy worship method to please Lord Shiva on Sawan Monday:

Get up early in the morning: Get up in Brahma Muhurta, take a bath and wear clean cloths.

Light the lamp: Light a lamp of pure ghee in the temple of your house.

Do abhishek: Bathe all the Gods and Goddesses with Ganga Water.

Offer on shivling: Offer Ganga Water and Milk on Shivling and do Abhishek.

Flowers and Belpatra: Offer Lord Shiva His Favorite Flowers (Like Dhatura, Aak Flowers) and Belpatra.

Offer bhog: Offer only Satvik Things to Lord Shiva. You can offer fruits, sweets, or things made from milk.

Aarti and meditation: Do Aarti of Lord Shiva and Meditate on Him as Much as Possible, Chant His Mantras.

For the Worship of Sawan Monday, You will need these things:

Flowers: Different types of flowers, especially dhatura, belpatra, aak flowers, mandar pushp.

Panch meva and panch phala: Five types of dry fruits and fresh fruits.

Wealth items: GEMS, Gold, Silver, Dakshina.

Puja utensils: Copper or brass utensils.

Asana: Kushasan (Grass Seat for Worship).

Milk and ghee: Raw Cow Milk, Pure Desi Ghee.

Other Materials: Honey, Ganga Water, Holy Water, Panch Rasa, Perfume, Gandh Roli, Mauli Janeu, Panch Mithna, Bhang, Ber, Mango Manjari, Barley Ears, Camphor, Insense, Lamp, Cotton, Malayagiri, Sandalwood.

Shringar samagri: Makeup items for Shiva and Mata Parvati (Clothes, Bangles etc.).

Shiva mantra: Chanting these mantras will bring peace
Chanting these mantras while worshiping calms the mind and brings blessings of Lord Shiva:

Shiva Mantra: Om Namah Shivay.

Mahamrityunjaya Mantra: Om Trimbakam Yajamahe Sugandhi Pushtivardhanam. Urvarukamiv bandhananmrityormukshiya mamritat॥ (This mantra is chanted for long life and good health.)

Shiv Gayatri Mantra: Om Tatpurushaya Vidmahe, Mahadevaya Dhimahi, Tanno Rudra: Prachodayat.

Lord Shiva’s Aarti: Concluding the Puja
