  • Paneer 500 grams

  • Peas 200 grams

  • 4-5 big onions

  • Tomato paste 2 cups approx

  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tablespoons

  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoons

  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon

  • Red chili powder 2 tablespoons

  • salt to taste

  • Cumin 2 teaspoons

  • Clove 6

  • Dal sugar 1 piece

  • Petals 3-4

  • Green chili 2-3

  • Red chili whole 2-3

  • Kasuri Methi 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ghee or oil requirement

  1. First take cheese. If you do not want to fry, then add a little salt to this lukewarm water. Take it out after keeping it for some time.

  10. Now add ghee or oil to it. When it becomes hot, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves and Kashmiri chili.

  11. After this, add coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. If you want, you can also add a little gram flour.

  12. After this, fry it well. After roasting, put the spice that we have prepared. Let it cook for some time.

  13. After this, add the water in the mixer. Now cook it till it thickens. You can add salt to it at this time.

  14. After cooking well, reduce the flame of gas and add kasoori fenugreek.

  15. After adding cooked peas to it. If the peas are not cooked, first boil them in water and boil them. After this, put it in the gravy.
