New Delhi: A few hours after the Ahmedabad plane crash, there was a danger of another aircraft of Air India. DGCA investigation has revealed shocking. According to media reports, the accident occurred on June 12 after Air India flight AI 171 crashed in Ahmedabad. It is being told that during the flight, the aircraft received a “stick shaker” alert amidst heavy storms over the capital Delhi, which is considered to be the most serious warning for any pilot.
Along with this alert, flight controls begin to move rapidly and indicate that the aircraft is in the position of aerodynamic stalls.
Dangerous decline of 900 feet
Along with this, “Don’t Sink” i.e. “Do not go down” was also a warning, which was given by the Ground Processimity Warning System (GPWS). The aircraft fell about 900 feet during these warnings. However, the pilots gained timely control and took the aircraft safely to Vienna, where the flight landed after a 9 -hour 8 -minute flight. However, initially the report given by the pilots mentioned only the “Stick Shaker Alert” because of the turbulance.
But when the flight data recorder (FDR) was investigated, the real story came out, which revealed stall warning and GPWS warnings. DGCA then immediately started investigating and both pilots have been removed from the flight.
DGCA strictness starts
Air India’s Head of Safety of Air India has also been summoned by DGCA and directed to improve internal coordination with the airline. Especially since the crash incident of AI 171 in Engineering, Operations and Ground Handling Departments, people’s trust in the security of Air India has started shaking.
An official said, “Earlier, even though the aircraft used to fly old and late, there was no compromise on security. Now the planes are new, but people are scared. After reaching Vienna, the aircraft left with a new crew for Toronto. The investigation is on and DGCA is now keeping a close watch on Air India (Air India).
