Puri : On June 27, one of the four dhams of India, Jagannath Puri, is going to be a world famous Rath Yatra. Not only a large number of devotees of the country but also foreign devotees are present in this Rath Yatra. India’s legendary businessman Gautam Adani has also taken a unique initiative to make his presence felt in the visit.

Let us tell you that Adani Group will get the privilege of serving Lord Jagannath in Puri, Odisha, India’s most famous religious event. Earlier this year, the group started a system of food to people during the Mahakumbh Mela held in Prayagraj.

Millions of pilgrims from across the country are involved in the 9 -day Rath Yatra to be held every year at the Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri. The group chairman Gautam Adani believes that ‘Seva Hi Sadhana Hai’ and keeping this in mind, the Adani Group is starting a comprehensive service to support both pilgrims and forward row officials during the Rath Yatra from 26 June to 8 July.

Under this initiative, about 40 lakh food and beverages will be distributed free of cost to pilgrims and officers. The beach cleaning and free T-shirts for the official volunteers for support for the Lifegard of Lifeguard Federation at Puri Beach; ‘Fluorescent’ security vest for municipal employees and various types of jackets, raincoats, hats and umbrellas will also be provided to officers and devotees. These services will be provided in collaboration between Adani Group, Puri district administration, ISKCON and local voluntary organizations.
