If you want to eat something hot and soft for breakfast, then make cheela with rice flour and eat it. Eating chila made of rice flour looks very tasty and they become so soft that even without teeth can eat it easily. You can also make this cheela and feed young children. The most important thing is that it is very easy to make cheela with rice flour. You do not have to soak it for longer nor have the hassle of grinding. Chila can be prepared by soaking in water for just 5 minutes.
First step- For this, you have to take finely ground rice flour. Take 2-3 teaspoons of rice flour in 1 bowl. Add some salt and cumin seeds to it. Now add water to the flour and prepare the solution for the cheela.
Second step- If the rice flour absorbs too much water, then keep the amount of water properly. To set the solution and cover for 5 minutes and keep the griddle to heat.
Third step- Apply light ghee or oil on the pan. Now put rice flour solution on the pan and spread it like cheela. Allow it to the medium flame and then turn off the Assam.
Fourth step- Bake rice flour chila from both sides. Similarly, prepare all the chila and keep the cheela in a hotcase.
Fifth step- Serve the chila made of chawle flour with sauce, green chutney, coconut chutney or peanut chutney. These cheela become very soft. Their taste also feels very good.
If you want, you can also add finely chopped onion, green chillies and coriander to rice flour. This will make the taste even better. Rice dosa can also be made by thinning this batter, which will look very crispy to eat. You must try this recipe once.
