Mango Malai Toast: The summer season not only brings with it strong sun and heat, but also brings fruits rich in taste and freshness. The most special and tasty of these fruits is – mango, which we love also call the ‘king of fruits’. Its sweetness, fragrance and taste attract people of all ages. One of these delicious recipes is Mango Malai Toast. It is a dish that presents the mixed taste of mango and cream in a different way. In this, the crisp bread toast fried in golden brown, the soft, sweet cream and then freshly chopped mangoes, may have brought water to your mouth only after thinking. The biggest feature of Mango Malai Toast is that it is very easy and timely saving.
Neither hard work is needed, nor any particular material.
2 ripe mangoes (alphonso or saffron)
Half a cup fresh cream or fresh cream
4 tablespoons condensed milk (as per taste)
1 teaspoon honey or sugar
Half a teaspoon cardamom powder

Wash the mangoes and peel and remove the kernels and cut it into small pieces.
Now add mango pieces to the mixer jar.
Add condensed milk, fresh cream or cream, and cardamom powder.
If you want to make it more sweet then you can also add honey or sugar.
If you want, add ice pieces so that the puree becomes cold and fresh.
Now grind everything till the mixer is smooth and creamy paste.
Fresh creamy mango puree is ready, now keep it cool in the fridge. Now prepare the cream mixture.
6 bread slices
2 cups full cream milk
Half a cup condensed milk
Half a cup of fresh cream or fresh cream
1 sliced in common slices
Half a teaspoon cardamom powder
2 teaspoons butter to bake bread
Dry fruits (for decoration)
Saffron threads
Add condensed milk, milk, cream and cardamom powder to a deep pot.
Whisk all these things well so that the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
Put this mixture in the fridge to cool for 15-20 minutes. This will make the taste even better.
Mango puree and cream mixture will give a different taste to toast bread. Use it as per your choice. If you want, put a mixture of cream and keep the bread in the fridge for a while. After the cream on the bread, apply a thin layer of mango puree from the top and serve it only.
Heat a griddle or non-stick pan and add a little butter to it.
Bake bread slices from both sides till it becomes light golden and crisp.
Keep in mind that the bread does not burn, just becomes crisp.
Now remove the bread slices from the pan and keep it in a plate.
Spread the mango cream mixture prepared on each slices well with the help of a spoon.
Decorate with chopped mango pieces or slices from above.
