Nani recently opened up about his close friendship with Prabhas, recalling a special moment on his 30th birthday when the 'Baahubali' star surprised and cheered him up during a difficult time.

An unexpected visit

While having a chat with Pinkvilla, Nani shared that the day was particularly tough for him as two of his films, 'Aaha Kalyanam' and 'Paisa', had released in quick succession but didn't perform well at the box office. Feeling stressed and not in the mood to celebrate, he hadn't planned any birthday gatherings. However, Prabhas, along with some friends and colleagues, unexpectedly showed up at his office to wish him, turning the day around and lifting his spirits.

A moment that meant a lot

Nani said it was a fun and memorable evening that helped him forget his worries and feel positive again. When asked if he would consider producing a film with Prabhas as the lead someday, Nani was hopeful but non-committal, expressing a desire to work together if the right project comes along.

Upcoming projects

On the professional front, Nani is gearing up for the release of 'HIT: The Third Case' which is the third installment in the popular 'HIT' franchise, directed and written by Sailesh Kolanu. In this action thriller, Nani plays Arjun Sarkaar, a tough and violent police officer tasked with tracking down a gang of serial killers responsible for multiple deaths. The film promises intense storytelling and gripping action sequences, continuing the legacy established by the first two films starring Vishwak Sen and Adivi Sesh.

The movie also features a strong supporting cast including Srinidhi Shetty, Adil Pala, Rao Ramesh , Brahmaji, and Maganti Srinath in key roles and will be hitting the silver screen on May 1.

Looking ahead, Nani will next be seen in 'The Paradise', directed by Srikanth Odela, known for his work on 'Dasara'.
